Hilla Reponen

Hi! I’m Hilla, a second-year student at Proakatemia, working in a team company called Valaja OSK. I am responsible for educational activities in our cooperative and also support HR when needed. I am interested in leadership and in how people and ways of working can be made to function smoothly together. I approach my work in a practical way and move things forward consistently, while maintaining a positive and constructive working atmosphere. In the future, I want to work on projects that combine responsibility, collaboration, and coordination, such as event management.
