Problem:
There is a need fpr more practical experience in sales and teamwork before the sales days. Without practice and sales conversations the sales days will again feel unclear and stressful.
Solution:
The Joulutorttu project is used as a real-lide practise project, where the team practises real sales in a low-risk environment.
Through selling Joulutorttu, the team will practise:
-sales conversations and pitching
-pricing and discount decision-making
-teamwork between sales and operations
-order handling and delivery
The project focuses on learning teamwork and sales and preparation for sales days, while also aiming to reach €5,000 in revenue
3. Major requirements & deliverables
Deliverables:
-Joulutorttu sales plan (B2B & B2C)
-Clear pricing and discount instructions for the sales team
-Sales materials (price lists, order instructions)
-Execution of sales days
-Revenue tracking and final report
Requirements:
-Minimum order size: 20 pcs (sold in packs of 10)
-VAT compliance (14% food VAT)
-Follow discount rules (max 10%, approval required for large orders)
-Free delivery rules followed correctly
